Children are charged at full fee and are by arrangement only. Credit card, Internet and fax facilities are available. Limited smoking. Basic braai (barbecue) facilities and other meals can be provided upon request.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation. In the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.

• Check in time is from 2pm until 7pm. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-ins after 9pm will incur a surcharge of R200,00.

*Check out time is 11am at the latest.

• Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.

• Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or “non arrival”.

*Payment in full for the booked period will be required in the event of an earlier check out

*No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
